Queen Nancy Chinaza Okoroafor has 9 remarkable years of varied experience in marketing, consulting, and project sales.
Having worked with LIZSTEP Engineering, McNorton Air Conditioner, Oyster Management Company, CMB, and Vertex Realty Solutions Limited, she has led and supervised teams in key areas such as marketing, facility management, investment advisory as well as relationship management.
She started her Real Estate career in 2015 as a Realtor and registered as an Independent consultant with the likes of Revolution Plus and EUC Group
She has a degree in Marketing from the prestigious University of Cape Coast Ghana, she is also a major fellow of multinational Real Estate Agencies like BRG Real Estate Marketing Nigeria, and Palton Morgan holdings Nigeria.
Engr. Ayo Arogundade holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with several business and Project Management trainings and experiences. His Real Estate journey started since 2004 developing dream houses for family & friend, from design conceptualization to delivery of best in class finishing, while ensuring strict compliance with modern Engineering & government protocols.
Engr. Ayo owns and manages Sabini Homes & Properties Limited, an independent real estate company providing novel housing solution in the areas of development of residential and commercial properties, consultation, and management since 2019.
He has worked for several multinational companies such as Shell Petroleum Company, Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR), SGS Certification Company and The Coca-Cola Company, where he demonstrated high leadership competencies such as Accountability, Integrity, Honesty Excellence and Quality, he is result driven and continues to put quality & safety above all.
Engr. Chinedu Onyeizu holds a bachelor’s degree in Soil and Water Engineering and a second degree in Entrepreneurship Management from the Lagos Business School.
